Restaurant managers provide leadership to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. This position reports to the restaurant General Manager and may supervise 20-30 employees per shift with direct accountability for all operational aspects for each shift worked.

Requirements include:

1. High School graduate or equivalent with some college preferred
2. Minimum one year experience as a restaurant manager
3. Must possess basic computer skills
4. Must successfully complete Millie's management training program
5. Legally eligible for employment in the United States

Restaurant Managers with experience and interest may be promoted to a General Manager's position if performance merits advancement. The General Manager must combine many skills and provide leadership to employees in exceeding sales and profit goals.

Requirements include:

1. High School graduate or equivalent with some college preferred

4. Must successfully complete Millie's management training program
5. Legally eligible for employment in the United States
